If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on returns and refunds. This Return and Refund Policy has been created to help the buyer understands our terms for refund.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

 Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 6 hours  with no reason needed. We will reimburse You no later than 1 business days from the day on which we receive the cancellation. When we cancel your order, the POS commission deducted from your credit card and paid to the relevant bank will be deducted from the amount you paid.

When your order is cancelled, your refund will be credited to the credit or debit card you paid for..

Conditions for Return, Refund or Exchange

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, refund or exchange please make sure that:

  • The Goods were received in the last 10 days. 

  • The Goods are in the good packing 

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • in case you received the exact Goods products and you stay with them for over 11 days after receiving them.

  • Returns of used products are not accepted.

 

Once we receive the package, we'll complete your return within one business day. For exchange, we will ship you a new item within 3 business days and provide your tracking number.
 

Delivery time

Delivery of shipments is normally 5 to 15 days from the day after orders are processed.  Our order processing time is 2 days then after processing orders are being shipped. in case of any delays in the  shipments at the customs or shipping carriers are give more extra 20 days for them to deliver the goods.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. Please ask for the warehouse address to send the products back.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
